100k Cleanroom Facilities
The cleanroom covers an area of approximately 240m3 and is strictly maintained to achieve the highest safety and quality standards in production in order to conform to international standards.
Our 100K clean room facility and closed-loop processes ensure the products are produce under the most control environments.
Injection Moulding
We have all 3 140 tonnes injection moulding machines in a fully close up air-condtion control room.
Automatic Assembly Machine
We have a custom make automatic assembly machine for our customer products in the clean room. These machines enable accurate and efficient assembly for our products.
Quality Control
In our QC control room, we have a vision scope to ensure all the incoming parts are beeing proper and accurately measured before release to production.
All the in-process goods will check !00% in-line under the vision camera to ensure the superd quality.
Outgoing and Final QC will ensure a double screening on the finished products before release for shipment.
The whole manufacturing process is conform to ISO9001:2008 & ISO13485:2003 certification which certified by TUV Rheinland certification body.
